US Photoresist Sales Rep
KemLab Inc. is growing and we are looking for a self-motivated, results-driven salesperson that is familiar with and has connections in the electronic chemicals industry including MEMS, inkjet, semiconductor fabs, and packaging.

Responsibilities:
- Sales manager must have working experience in mechanical field.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet targets
- Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

1. Personnel with more than two years of experience in mechanical equipment in Houston or nearby areas;
2. Can independently expand sales channels, collect potential customer information, follow up communication, provide solutions, and negotiate until the transaction is completed;
3. Coordinate a good relationship between customers and the company headquarters, handle customer objections in a timely manner, and enhance the company's local brand awareness and influence.
4. College degree or above in machinery, electrical automation, chemical engineering and other majors.

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Proven track record in outside sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in technology sales, including knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and provide solutions
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
