US Photoresist Sales Rep
KemLab Inc. is expanding and seeking a motivated, results-oriented salesperson with connections in the electronic chemicals sector, including MEMS, inkjet, semiconductor fabs, and packaging.
**Responsibilities:**
- The sales manager should have experience in the semiconductor field.
- Create and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets.
- Identify new market prospects and build relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
**Qualifications:**
1. Over two years of experience in semiconductor equipment or photoresist.
2. Ability to independently develop sales channels, gather potential customer information, maintain communication, provide solutions, and negotiate until the sale is finalized.
3. Foster strong relationships between clients and the company headquarters, address customer concerns promptly, and enhance the company's local brand presence.
4. A college degree or higher in machinery, electrical automation, chemical engineering, or related fields.
**Skills:**
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire the sales team.
- Proven success in outside sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship building.
- Capability to analyze market trends, competitor actions, and customer needs to create effective sales strategies.
